About us and our bespoke and alterantive wedding gowns and corsets

The Couture Company specialise in custom made bespoke bridalwear, designed and made with the understanding that each bride is unique and an individual. We work with our clients to create the gown of thier dreams, and our aim is to make them look breath takingly stunning for thier special day.

All our gowns are designed and created in the finest fabrics and use the most exquisite detailing and flattering techniques, they are all made in house by our experienced team at our birmingham boutique atelier here in the UK.

Designer Joanne has nearly 20 years experience in this very specialist area,she and her team consults with each bride on a one to one basis at the newly opened salon in Birminghams creative hub The Custard Factory. Joanne and her team work with each bride all the way through the creative process, from initial consultation and design through fittings to the finished gown.

We want every bride to feel wonderful on her big day, so no matter what shape, dress size or height , whether you are a size 0 or a size 30 , if you are 3ft 6 or 6ft 3 , we can custom make a gown just for you.

Prices range from £800 - £2000+

Along with our collection of gowns in the boutique you will find a huge selection of corsetry as we are also expert corset makers. so if your gown is a very structured dress with body redinement that you require then we can create something for you.

We also offer a couture and a plus size service , along with headress design service,for fascinators, tiaras, mini hats and combs to compliment your dress design

We can usually do same day weekday appointments but Saturdays are always busy and can get booked up weeks in advance, so we advise you make an appointment for Saturdays at least 14 days in advance.

If you book an appointment and are unable to keep it, please show us the courtesy of letting us know as soon as you know, then we can offer the appointment to someone on our waiting list.
